I have stayed there before and will be back. The breakfast is delicious, and the location is marvellous close enough to great restaurants and galleries, most old city attractions, and the cathedral, a block from the river, about three blocks from the east-west divide. The rooms are well-appointed and nicely updated with a comfortable bed, the bathroom, for example. Qualified and empathetic staff here from the manager of the hotel.

The hotel is well renovated and lovely little, has responsive staff at my request for my sister to pick up. The rooms are brand-new and generous sized, and are complete with the most comfortable beds and continental breakfast, for instance. This is a venue go-to for Montreal!
